Contains many small slips of paper with names, Loras graduation years, major, and address of Loras alumni.

Contents include five copies each of the following pamphlets: a small pamphlet commemorating Msgr. William Dempsey Green and inviting donations to his award fund; a larger pamphlet with the same information; and a large dinner menu/order of events pamphlet from the Msgr. William Dempsey Green dinner.

Series II contains one folder, which consists of pamphlets relating to the Msgr. William Green fund and dinner.

Contents include RSVP slipes for the Msgr. William Dempsey Green dinner, list of donors to the Msgr. William Dempsey Green award fund, handwritten notes, a press release about the Msgr. William Dempsey Green fund, a guest list for the dinner, drafts for pamphlets, a handwritten draft of an editorial for the Witness, a memo to Fr. Wilkie from Virgil Blocker, and lists of Loras history major alumni with handwritten notes.

Contents include guest lists and seating plans for the Msgr. William Dempsey Green award fund, financial information relating to the award fund, lists of award fund donors, drafts for pamphlets, correspondence / memos regarding financial information relating to the award fund, and history class rosters from 1994.

Contents include a letter from the Law Offices of O'Connor, Thomas, Wright, Hammer, Bertsch, & Norby regarding the Msgr. William Dempsey Green award, and a printout from the Monday, September 26, 1977 issue of the Burlington Hawkeye with an article titled "Former Burlingtonian honored at Dubuque," referring to Msgr. William Dempsey Green.

This folder contains a Loras College folder. This folder originally housed the materials in Series III, Folder 3.

Series III contains four folders, which consist of miscellaneous papers.

Contains twenty-one photos, twenty of which are likely from the Msgr. William Dempsey Green dinner. The final photo is of a man driving a horse-drawn carriage through the snow, with "Imhoff-Schulte Collection" written on the back.

Contains eleven strips of photo negatives from the Msgr. William Dempsey Green dinner.
