Contents include five copies each of the following pamphlets: a small pamphlet commemorating Msgr. William Dempsey Green and inviting donations to his award fund; a larger pamphlet with the same information; and a large dinner menu/order of events pamphlet from the Msgr. William Dempsey Green dinner.

Contents include a letter from the Law Offices of O'Connor, Thomas, Wright, Hammer, Bertsch, & Norby regarding the Msgr. William Dempsey Green award, and a printout from the Monday, September 26, 1977 issue of the Burlington Hawkeye with an article titled "Former Burlingtonian honored at Dubuque," referring to Msgr. William Dempsey Green.
