Series II, Folder 1: Secretary Reports 1960-1965, 1960 - 1965

Contains secretaries' notes/reports from 1960-1965. These consist of meeting minutes, annual recordings of each year's attendance and leaders/committees, as well as miscellaneous cards and papers placed within the reports. These papers include: an invitation to a "Spring is King" King's Night and information sheet for the event, a letter from Kathleen Jones regarding a donation check, a news clipping titled "Gov. Knowles Gives Backing To 'We Care,'" a report about donations to "Operation We Care" and a lecture about Dubuque schools, and an information sheet discussing the population of the Dubuque schools. Many of the minutes also have a monthly club report (perhaps published in a newspaper of church bulletin?) taped to the sheet.
