Includes color photographs of research properties, and 6 spiral bound reports "Streetscape and Landscape Guidelines" for Cathedral, Jackson Park, Langworty, Old Main, West Eleventh Districts, 1 spiral bound report "Architectural guidelines for Historic Structures," and 2 spiral bound reports (Phase II & Phase V) written by Jacobsen. Box 4: Contains 4 large binders, Binder 1 - Dubuque Building Notes (Newspapers), Binder 2 - Dubuque Historical Notes V. II 1890+, Binder 3 - Dubuque historic disctrict plats, Binder 4 - Dubuque Annual Progress Reports (Newspaper photocopies). 10 folders containing Dubuque maps, and research notes.
